Divine Winners Company Limited (DWCL) has officially formalized a strategic partnership with the Department of Agropreneurship, Faculty of Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Development, Kumasi Technical University (KsTU), through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The signing ceremony was attended by DWCL’s Management, including Mr. Dacosta Osei Mensah (CEO), Mr. Heavenson Ampratwum (Marketing Manager), and Mr. Edumadze Johnson (Administration Manager), and received by Dr. Stephen Opoku Mensah, Head of the Department of Agropreneurship. The event marked the beginning of a collaborative relationship aimed at fostering industry-academia cooperation in agro-entrepreneurship, innovation, and student development.

Purpose of the Partnership

The partnership is designed to promote academic excellence, student entrepreneurship, research collaboration, and social impact. DWCL aims to contribute to capacity building within the University while advancing practical, industry-driven learning experiences.

Key Areas of Collaboration

1.      Sponsorship of an Annual Overall Best Graduating Student Award for the Department of Agropreneurship.

2.      Establishment of a student start-up support fund to assist innovative business ideas through competitive pitching and mentorship.

3.      Support for brilliant but needy students via scholarships and educational assistance through the Divine Winners Care Foundation.

4.      Collaboration on research and field trials using DWCL’s flagship organic bio-stimulant product, Vital 05.

5.      Provision of internship and national service opportunities to give students practical industry exposure.

Strengthening Industry–Academic Linkages

The signing ceremony underscored the mutual commitment of DWCL and KsTU to bridge academic training with industry practice.
