Divine Winners Company Limited (DWCL) has formally initiated a strategic partnership with the Department of Agropreneurship, under the Faculty of Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Development of Kumasi Technical University (KsTU), through the presentation of a proposed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
The
engagement was led by DWCL Management - Mr.
Dacosta Osei Mensah, Chief Executive Officer; Mr. Heavenson Ampratwum,
Marketing Manager; and Mr. Edumadze Johnson, Administration Manager - and
officially received by the Head of the Department of Agropreneurship, Dr.
Stephen Opoku Mensah. The meeting marked the commencement of collaborative
discussions aimed at strengthening industry–academia cooperation in agro-entrepreneurship,
innovation, and student development.

proposed partnership seeks to promote academic excellence, entrepreneurship
development, applied research, and social impact. Through this collaboration,
DWCL aims to support practical, industry-driven learning while contributing to
capacity building within the University.
Key Areas of Collaboration
The
partnership framework highlights several priority initiatives, including:
- Sponsorship
of an Annual Overall Best Graduating Student Award within the
Department of Agropreneurship
- Establishment
of a student start-up support fund to nurture innovative business
ideas through competitive pitching and mentorship
- Support
for brilliant but financially challenged students through the
Divine Winners Care Foundation
- Research
collaboration and field trials using DWCL’s flagship organic bio-stimulant product, Vital

- Provision
of internship and national service opportunities to enhance
students’ practical industry exposure
Commitment
to Giving Back
The
partnership is strongly driven by DWCL’s commitment to giving back to its
academic roots. The Chief Executive Officer, Marketing Manager, and other
members of DWCL management are alumni of Kumasi Technical University. During
the engagement, management encouraged students to actively take advantage of
the opportunities the partnership is designed to provide, particularly in
entrepreneurship, innovation, and agribusiness development.
