Dacosta Osei Mensah is the Chief Executive Officer of Divine Winners Company
Limited, a leading agrochemical firm headquartered in Kumasi, Ghana. With more
than 13 years of experience in the
agricultural sector, he has driven the company’s growth and positioned it as a trusted name in providing innovative and
eco-friendly solutions to farmers across Ghana and other parts of Africa.
As co-founder of D/N Agro Foods and founder of the Divine Winners Care
Foundation,
Mr. Osei Mensah combines entrepreneurship with philanthropy. His foundation
supports
20 vulnerable people including 10 at the University level with scholarships,
shelter for the homeless, and more than $150,000 spent on empowerment
programmes for smallholder farmers. In line with his Christian faith and belief
in the propagation of the gospel of Jesus Christ, Mr. Osei Mensah contributed
more than $70,000 towards the construction of a worship center for House of Ezra
Worldwide Ministry in the year 2024.
Under his leadership, Divine Winners has pioneered the promotion of organic
biostimulants, notably Vital 05, developed in collaboration with the Kwame
Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). This innovation has
provided 50,000+ farmers with sustainable solutions to crop production
challenges and has reinforced the company’s role as a champion of agricultural
technology and environmental stewardship.
Mr. Osei Mensah’s contributions have earned him both local and international
recognition.
He was named Agribusiness Leader of the Year at the Ghana Agricultural Awards
in 2022,
and has received honors from municipal assemblies in Dormaa Central, Berekum
West, and
Prestea-Huni Valley during the 39th National Farmers’ Day celebration. On the
global stage,
he has been recognized by the World Confederation of Business with the Business
Trust
Certificate, Commitment to CSR Award, and the Business Excellence Certificate
from The Bizz Winner 2023, in addition to his Platinum Membership.
His influence extends beyond corporate leadership. He has spoken at conferences
in Ghana
and across Europe, including Amsterdam and Modena Sassodo, sharing insights on
agricultural innovation and sustainability. He also participated in the 2025
Geneva delegation on labor rights.
Passionate about advancing sustainable farming, Mr. Osei Mensah dedicates his
time to farmer engagement and workshops on weekends. His vision is to empower
farmers through technology, sustainability, and community-driven initiatives,
ensuring agriculture remains a cornerstone for economic and social
transformation in Ghana and Africa.
